Vendedor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los datos del vendedor figuran en el <a href=\"\/en\/aviso-legal\/\">Aviso legal<\/a>. Productos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se ofrecen licencias de uso del software PhoenixWave 23 para MetaTrader 5 (indicador HUD y Robot EA PRO) y servicios relacionados. Las caracter\u00edsticas de cada producto se describen en su ficha. Para usarlo se necesita un ordenador o VPS con Windows, MetaTrader 5 y una cuenta con un br\u00f3ker compatible, que corren a cargo del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Requisitos del comprador<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solo pueden comprar personas mayores de 18 a\u00f1os con capacidad legal para contratar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Precios y pago<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los precios se muestran en euros con el IVA incluido. Cada compra genera su factura, que el cliente recibe por correo electr\u00f3nico y puede descargar desde su \u00e1rea de cliente. El pago se realiza por los medios disponibles en el proceso de compra (tarjeta mediante WooPayments y PayPal). El pedido se confirma por correo electr\u00f3nico una vez recibido el pago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Entrega<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los productos son digitales. Tras confirmarse el pago, el cliente recibe el enlace de descarga, las instrucciones de instalaci\u00f3n y, cuando corresponda, su clave de licencia, en el correo electr\u00f3nico y en su \u00e1rea de cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Licencia de uso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La compra otorga una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar el software, con la duraci\u00f3n y el n\u00famero de cuentas indicados en la ficha del producto. La licencia puede quedar vinculada a la cuenta de MetaTrader 5 del cliente. Est\u00e1 prohibido revender, compartir, sublicenciar, copiar, descompilar o modificar el software. El incumplimiento permite suspender o revocar la licencia sin derecho a reembolso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Derecho de desistimiento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con car\u00e1cter general, el consumidor dispone de 14 d\u00edas naturales para desistir de la compra. Sin embargo, conforme al art\u00edculo 103.m) del Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, este derecho no se aplica al suministro de contenido digital sin soporte material cuando la ejecuci\u00f3n ha comenzado con el consentimiento previo y expreso del consumidor y su conocimiento de que pierde el derecho de desistimiento. Por tanto, una vez descargado el software o activada la licencia, no procede el desistimiento. Si el software no funciona por un defecto atribuible a nosotros, lo solucionaremos o, si no es posible, reembolsaremos el importe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Actualizaciones y soporte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la vigencia de la licencia, el cliente tiene acceso a las actualizaciones que se publiquen y a soporte t\u00e9cnico por correo electr\u00f3nico para la instalaci\u00f3n y el uso del software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Riesgo y limitaci\u00f3n de responsabilidad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El software es una herramienta de an\u00e1lisis, alertas y gesti\u00f3n de operaciones. No garantiza resultados ni beneficios y no constituye asesoramiento financiero. El cliente es el \u00fanico responsable de sus decisiones de inversi\u00f3n, de la configuraci\u00f3n del software y de comprobar que su uso est\u00e1 permitido por su br\u00f3ker o por su empresa de fondeo. No respondemos de las p\u00e9rdidas derivadas de la operativa, ni de fallos del br\u00f3ker, de la plataforma, de la conexi\u00f3n, del VPS o de terceros. Consulte el <a href=\"\/en\/aviso-de-riesgo\/\">Aviso de riesgo<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Legislaci\u00f3n y reclamaciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas condiciones se rigen por la legislaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola.
